• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

[Request] Options for Apache kernel PHP MySql upgrades

According to my hosting support
modifying anything outside of your plesk control panel including the
kernel could irreversably break the control panel

If this is true, it would be a top priority for me to have an option in the plesk updater for Apache / kernel / PHP / MySql upgrades.

Thanks

Yum and up2date should cover that for you on the Redhat based distros.

1. Please read again what my hosting support sad.

2. When I run yum update my server ended up with "Kernal panic". My hoster reverted kernal to the old version and gave me that note, that I shouldn't run any updates outside of plesk. That is why I need that option un plesk to upgrade OS, etc.
