Some things were confusing...

Can Sitebuilder be installed without Plesk as a standalone package ?
Does Plesk include the Sitebuilder package for creating your own webpages ?

Sitebuilder can be installed without Plesk as a standalone package, yes. This way, you will publish websites to the remote locations where domains are physically hosted.

Whether Plesk includes the Sitebuilder package, would of course depend on your Plesk licence...

Well im using the free Plesk version. Please tell me that its also included in the free distribution

As a sidenote: Its just one single license for one domain.(trialkey)

Yes, it is included, as soon as you have selected SB in the Autoinstaller during Plesk installation...
