Restart qmail

How do I restart qmail?

My email client says: Unable to connect to SMTP
Is pingaable, but is not responding.

help.!

/usr/local/psa/rc.d/qmail restart (if you have plesk installed under that directory)

remember to manage the qmail working under plesk.

In other case, give more details.
