There seem to be no known cases with the same error. I recommend contacting Plesk support for investigation on your server.

To sign-in to support please go to https://support.plesk.com

If you experience login issues, please see this KB article:

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

Since the versions between the two servers are different, I went and created two identical cloud instances with the same configuration and plesk license (now both licenses are free trial licenses).

I receive again the same error with the new cloud instances running the same plesk version.

PS: In my original post the plesk license was a fully paid license (server 1) and on server 2 it's a free trial license.

Because of a server crash I'm trying to restore one VPS to another VDS with the Google Drive backups.
Now in the heat of the moment I'm receiving the same error

Code:
not enough values to unpack (expected 5, got 4)

@Jochhem, you can try to use the same workaround described in this support article:

If that does not work, I suggest contacting Plesk support to let them investigate the issue on your server.
