Restore backup problem

ErwanG

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

I've a problem with a backup restore...
I've put the file in the server repository --> no problem.
I checked all options and then IP addresse --> ok

It says after :
- session_admin.gif admin of Panel administrator
>> Cannot restore User: User 'admin' already exists in the Panel.
- session_admin.gif Application User of Panel administrator
>> Cannot restore Role: Role 'Application User' already exists in the Panel.
- session_admin.gif WebMaster of Panel administrator
>> Cannot restore Role: Role 'WebMaster' already exists in the Panel.

Ok. No problem for me. After in "Timing Conflicts", i check : "Use configuration and data from backup ".

Now, there is a message "Warning: The following conflicts occurred during the process of restoration", but the "Conflicts" is empty !!
If I put the button "Next", i come back to the step "Timing Conflicts".

How i can restore ?????

It's the same thing with "Use configuration from current system and data from backup" in the "Timing Confilcts"....

Have you tried restore backup with using CLI utility? Any errors in output and logs there?
