The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
I want to install a new server with plain plesk. after that putting in a mysql psa dump from an old server. Is there any possibility to let create all the directory structures and configurations with a plesk tool or something?
I'm afraid that it is impossible. It is very complex procedure and as I remember it was performed several times by support as professional service. You can contact support team but I'm not sure that they will perform this professional service.
