Hi,

I have a windows server 2003 with plesk,
I have done OS Reload, after os reload i tried to restore data but i cant because site builder wasnt installed, i can not install site builder i get the followig error "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation"
Is there any possibility to restore domains without installing site builder? i have done all i can to install site builder but i cant, even the planet done all but they can not too.

hi,

I have solved the problem, i explain for you. the problem caused because sitebuilder didnt installed properly and you should remove it. but how? it is not in add remove programes...


use the "windows installer clean up utility" from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 to remove the broken install of sitebuilder4 and then rerun the installer which completed with out any errors.
