• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Restore from 9.3 to 9.5

I'm having weird issues when trying to restore files from Plesk 9.3 to a new Plesk 9.5 installation,

Using the backup manager to restore through the control panel it says successfully restored but yet after everything I've tried I cannot get it to restore the web content (physical web files from httpdocs) even though it's there in the backup it doesn't seem to copy anything over... What gives?!

I'm currently trying to read through logs and figure out what's going on but if anyone has a clue please let me know.

Nevermind I figured out what was going on but I believe Plesk's restore and backup system has gotten worse... I miss the gui restore tool as it makes it easier when working on the server itself but also it seems to always have issues when upgrading to 9.x -> 9.5 bummer.
