Restore from an other server with Plesk 9.3.0 - ip mapping?

Smartnet

Basic Pleskian
Dear all,
we're trying to restore domains backups which were created in a server with a different ip address and plesk 9.3.0 to our new server with the same version of plesk but we come accross a message in Plesk's Panel GUI which says that we have to define an ip address mapping file (upload it) . We would like to restore each domain one by one. How is it possible to create this file, is there any specific syntax? We've tried several tips (and CLI) from parallels forums but probably something we're doing wrong with the syntax.

Best Regards,
Andrew

P.S. Today (Aug. 30) we used the http://kb.odin.com/en/6164 instructions , but nothing happened. The command "/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --create-map <backup_file> -map <map_file>" gets executed but nothing happens , not even a bad syntax or another failure report.
Please ...help , this problems becomes urgent!.
