Restore MySQL

Hello,
We had someone mess up a database in MySQL. I did a restore on the domain but it's not restoring the MySQL DB.

I downloaded the backup file and found the MySQL db. How do I get this restored on the server?

same problem

upgrade 8.1.0 to 8.1.1 mysql databases gone

i checked now and some databases empty data lose
