Restore psa backup probleam

Hi.
I'm having a trouble on restoring a psa backup file that my old isp create for me.

when i want to do the restore from the plesk admin page,
it's says:
Cannot find central directory.
what does this happened,and how to slove this probleam?


(the isp and me are both user version 8.2)
