Restore Server default page - Plesk 11

magic_77

Basic Pleskian
hi to all,
how can i restore the default server page. i´ve assigned a page under "tool" -> "ip addresses".
but i can´t find a way to get back the servers default page

maybe domeone has an hint for me

thx :)

The same place you went to set the default page for an IP address is the same place you go to remove the default page for the IP address. Only this time you choose None for the default domain.

hello abdi,
i´m missing "none" - or ican´t find it
the only i have is the list with radio buttons with all domains and a button to set domain as default - nothing else.

in database i found an entry "default_domain_id" at PSA.IP_Addresses.
after setting a default domain a value is written.

switch back to "0" give´s me the server defaults page

edit: i had to restart httpd daemon as well....

Alright, good you did it at the database level.

Though am suprised that you don't have the NONE in Plesk 11. May be its something I don't know yet, but in Plesk 11, domains are in a drop down menu and not a long list of domains with check boxes ..

hi abdi,
as you can see at attached image - there is no way to disable
i´ve upgraded from 10 to 11 - so maybe i missed some step(s)?

Magic, click on the IP address instead and NOT the number representing the total domains on that IP address. That is when you will see the NONE option.

hi abdi,
oh man - my fault - it´s like seeing the wood for the trees.
but on the other way: it was a good excurse to plesks database :)
many thanks for your help
