Restore Specific Files

RichardMckenna

New Pleskian
Hi all,

I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but here goes anyway.

I'm backing up a domain in Plesk Panel 11.0.9 on Windows, it's a large backup with 50,000+ images in it so the backup gets split into multiple zips

xxxxxx__xxxxxx.com_vhost_1309200100.zip
xxxxxx__xxxxxx.com_vhost_1309200100.zip1
xxxxxx__xxxxxx.com_vhost_1309200100.zip2
xxxxxx__xxxxxx.com_vhost_1309200100.zip3

Now what I want to do is restore 11 files from the backup. What I certainly don't want to do is restore the entire domain as I don't want to loose any changes since the last backup.

Can anyone tell me how I can do this? As it seems impossible to extract files from the archives.

Thanks,

Richard McKenna

In Plesk 12.0 Preview users can restore individual reseller accounts, customer accounts, subscriptions, domains, DNS zones, mailboxes, mailing lists, databases, files and directories of a site, and SSL certificates. More details in Release Notes

you will need to do it manually. Domain are located under c:/inetpub/vhost and other files are located in c:/progam files 86/parallels/plesk
