  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

I am using Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.4

I am using one (1) IP address to host three (3) Domains.

Everything is working fine except for the mail system. Whenever I check the settings thru mxtoolbox.com this error shows up

220 expertsonlive.com.ar ESMTP Postfix
Reverse DNS FAILED! This is a problem.

What should I do? I have tried searching for answers for almost 12 hours to no avail. I still don't get the PTR fix. I tried removing the PTR and still to no avail.

Are you sure that hostname expertsonlive.com.ar is correctly configured?

For example:

$ whois expertsonlive.com.ar
whois: ar.whois-servers.net: no address associated with name

$ host expertsonlive.com.ar
expertsonlive.com.ar has address 93.189.37.101
expertsonlive.com.ar mail is handled by 10 mail.expertsonlive.com.ar.

But no PTR record for this IP:

$ host 93.189.37.101
Host 101.37.189.93.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

I have set a PTR in the DNS Settings. Here is my DNS Settings for the main domain.

I am still wondering why the PTR doesnt work.
