• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Rogue Backup on one domain

Hi

We have one domain that appears to have a rogue backup assigned that is not visible on the control panel.

It would not be a big problem except that the back up 'hangs' the domain so each morning before the client gets to the office we have to manually suspend and then unsuspend the account! The Plesk default domain not found or mis-configured appears.

Our server is a VPS with the UK host Webfusion:
Parallels Plesk Panel version 9.0.1
Operating system Linux 2.6.9-023stab048.4-enterprise
CPU GenuineIntel, Intel(R) Xeon(R)CPU L5310 @ 1.60GHz

The other 8 domains do not have any problems??

Any suggestions or places to look for errors would be appreciated.

Cheers!

But there is no scheduled backup set, so there is no box to check to do that.
