Hi
This may be a no-brainer... but here goes.
I rent a value 1 server from 1and1 and have recently upgraded Plesk to 9.0.1 having been incorrectly told that 9.0.1 includes PHP 5.2 as I have a client who wants to use the LiveCart software which requires PHP 5.2.0 or above.
After a quick look I can see that Plesk 9.0.1 doesn't come with PHP5.2 nor does it support it.
Can I rollback to Plesk 8.6? And if so, there any way to get PHP 5.2 working with Plesk 8.6?
1and1 tell me that 8.6 will work with PHP 5.2 but I would have to compile and install it myself, which goes way above my head :/ . I am a web designer who does a wee bit of PHP here and there, but I don't normally touch server admin other than setting up domains and webspace in Plesk.
Kind regards
