Try doing a locate instead

updatedb
locate rkhunter

you should have


/usr/local/psa/var/modules/watchdog/lib/rkhunter
/usr/local/psa/etc/modules/watchdog/rkhunter.conf

Then you can install the new one and sym link locations and config files. That may work for your needs, but either way you can install the one from ART packages and then just run manually or put into cron job
