Resolved Round Cube: Connection to Storage Service Failed

I applied several server upgrades which included the one below:

Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update #42 , last updated at Mar 1, 2019 03:31 AM

Since the update I cannot access any email accounts on the server - I get the message "Connection to Storage Server Failed." which I'm afraid, being a new Pleskian, doesn't give me much help!

Actually, it's better to check /var/log/plesk-roundcube/errors
Anyway, try to apply solution from this KB article Unable to log into RoundCube: Connection to storage server failed

Thanks IgorG - I am working with the article and the correct error log file.

Re-starting the dovecot service worked like a dream, Thanks very much for your help on this.
