Hi,

a customer of me has a really weird problem.
If he want to forward a mail via the forward button the new mail window opens but missing the last reply on the mail?!

e.g. he answers to a mail my customer sent, and this answered mail should be forwarded, so his answer is not in the forward mail included, only the text sent by my customer

It's just for this one mail adress, all other would work.

Never have seen smth. like that.

Got it:

I went to “Settings” > “Composing Messages” > “Compose HTML messages” and then selected “on forward or reply to HTML message”
