Resolved Roundcube https blank page

Hi,

im using Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 on Debian 8.6, fresh installation.

I want use Roundcube with SSL.
I add a certicate and set it to use with webmail.
When i open https://webmail.xxxxx.de it open webmail.xxxxx.de
When i use the Button in Plesk, it open a blank page.
When i remove the certificate, all work fine, but without secret

How can i resolve it?

Ok, some Tests show me:
Firefox, no https
IE & Chrome work fine

Is it a Bug ?

Hi,
Firefox did you add any extensions on also make sure cookies and ssl blocking on firefox addons then make sure try again

Problem is let's encrypt work on each domain ip setup when you create sub domain you should enabled to lets'encrypt under the sub domain for example xxx.xxxxx.com under sub domain settings must be done same way to domainname when will works some how every must work without bug on firefox or any addons.

my domains with sub as well works perfectly BUT i recommend purchase EV SSL with more security... and of day lets'encrypt designed it like a open source encrypt own server end of day
