    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

currently, there is only Ruby 2.4.4 available. The current stable version is 2.5.1. Can you say, when version > 2.5 will be available?

We are going to update Ruby, but I have no any ETA at the moment.
