Issue run task errors in event viewer

SMTP Exception
at send mail from runtask to [email protected](runtask::start line 236)
at (runtask::start line 244)
at Unable to execute event(runtask::start line 254)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe

Obviously took out real email address and added [email protected] in place.

Anyone know how to solve the above error?

I had the same problem. My domain is split - website hosted on Plesk server - email hosted externally.
Plesk was trying to deliver the admin mail internally but the mailbox didn't exist as my mail is external. Switched off the mail service for that domain and Plesk started delivering the mail to the external server and fixed the runtask error.

Possibly something similar your end.
