runtask.exe error in even log - plesk 9.2

Let me know any solution for the following error

IDispatch error #19 (COM Error 80040213, Description: The transport failed to connect to the server.
) at Unable to execute event
at (runtask::start line 219)
Execute file name: D:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe


As per plesk Knowlege base plesk 8.2 & above control panel solved runtask.exe error(http://kb.odin.com/en/1625). However I am facing the error on plesk 9.2

This error can be occured if you are unable to connect to the database.

Hi,

Are you able to login to plesk ? If so please increase user connection / connection thread to 500-1000 depend upon the domains on the server as when rustask run, it will open multiple DB connection to the PSA database.
