sa-update spamassassin rules update

Running Plesk 8.1 and Spamassassin 3.1.1. on a windows server. We want to update the rules without breaking anything. Do we simply run sa-update.exe located in the plesk admin folder? Any switches or options required?

If we add this as a scheduled task do we need to restart plesk or spamassassin service each time?

Thanks in advance for your previous experience with this.

PS Does anyone know if this version used within Plesk is SA for WIN32?
