Safari ipad and iphone - Can't establish secure connection to server

Just noticed after I upgraded to 11, safari cant access the CP. It returns an error that its unable to establish a secure connection, but firefox can.
Seems to be an issue similar about billing and disabling SSO, but I don't have billing, nor is SSO active..

Is it related only to mobile version of Safari? Do you have the same issue with Safari for MacOS or Windows? Any error logs?

Yes purely mobile safari. My iPad and iPhone both can't load the login page and only show unable to establish secure connection.

Plesk 11.0.9 update 4, centos 6.3 x86_64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

On mobile safari both iPad and iPhone when accessing panel you get a requester:
Safari can not open page because it can not establish a secure connection to the server

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Can't access cp using iPad or iPhone

ACTUAL RESULT

Can't connect

EXPECTED RESULT

Should connect

Worked fine until the update of plesk version 11.
