• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

safe_mode option for Clients?

So far I'm unable to find out where to allow clients to check or uncheck safe_mode when setting up a domain. Anyone know how to allow this as a permission somewhere? I can't have clients emailing me to allow safe_mode on every domain they setup...

If the "Physical hosting management" box under your client's account under permissions is checked, the client should be able to manage the PHP safe_mode issue.

You'd think anyway right? It's checked, and they have no access to the safe_mode checkbox.

no kidding. I didn't log in as a client before I posted :) SWsoft should address this though.

We use 4PSA Total Domains on most of our servers right now so that is how our clients change their PHP variables.
