Sales Question

Hi,

Several days ago I wrote asking a couple of Presales questions about SiteBuilder (using the web form at www.swsoft.com). I haven't received any response - and it hasn't been caught by the SPAM Filter. I'm writing this, because several months ago I have a similar issue, and never got a response. I’m really interested on SiteBuilder, but I need answer to this question. So if a moderator reads this, how long does it takes to answer presales questions?

but if you have pre-sales questions you should contact with online sales team as you have no license key yet:

Actually, answer should be done within 12 hours. This is time for standard support incident.
