• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Same user for different DB

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm new to Plesk.
I have created different websites and each has a database.
So, I created different databases. But I can't create the same user/pw in different DB. I get a message "User already exists"

Are users common for all databases ? How can I create a single user and associate it with different databases ?

Thanks a lot for your help

Thank you for your answers

So, to be sure I well understood: There is no way to have, in the same phpmyadmin, more than one database at the same time

Not exactly. i.e. Admin can access all databases. Users will be able to have multiple databases in next version

Thank you.
I tried to login with admin account.

I found databases in Customers > Manage hosting > websites and domains > databases (translated from french)
here, I can select a database and acces to webadmin but PhpMyAdmin show me only the selected database

How can I have, as admin, all databases in the same time ?

Try -> Tools & Settings -> Databases -: here is a link to manage all dbs at ago
