Sitebuilder stores modules data on published site into data/storage/sb_modules.db file. This is SQLite DB file. But modules settings are stored directly on the server in MySQL database. For example, for Guestbook module this is 'modules_Guestbook_main' table for Sitebuilder database. In this case you need to know appropriate module ID which you can get from 'module_instance' table which is related to site's table. All these settings you can also check through Sitebuilder wizard for the site.
