Schedule backup problem

Hi,

We have schedule plesk backup however it won't work. It gives me below error.

Backup error.
Can't open domain.
Domain: camparanyaa.com [camparanyaa.com].
Reason:
Failed to get the domain information.


Can anyone please help me....
 
Check if the domain exists in IIS, also try to reconfigure the domain using:

"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --remove-vhost --vhost-name=camparanyaa.com
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=camparanyaa.com

I have already tried with reconfiguring Vhost but issue still persist.

This error is related to MailEnable (SmarterMail) try to perform
mchk --domain --domain-name=domain.com
