Hi,
In my Plesk control panel I have my server scheduled to do a Plesk Back-up every night.
During this backup, among others, mail services are stopped. This means that my customers can not send or receive mail via the server during this 20 minute BU, and even worse, mail send from webpages, like registrations, password requests or orders from a webshop, don't work.
Is there a solution for this?
