Scheduled backups not running?

I've tested making backups to a remote FTP server, which seems to work just fine.

The problem I'm seeing is that I have a scheduled backup set to run at 17:00 (5:00pm)

I've enabled the scheduled backup within my Plesk control panel (7.5 reloaded, unix) however the backup doesn't seem to be running as i'm not getting an email notification, and I don't see the backup file on my remote FTP site. I've set the backup to run daily.

Can anyone help? Is there something I'm missing?

Do you have a cron job called:

backupmng

running?
