Issue Scheduled Task timed out only running from plesk

Hi,
I've a windows server, with iis7 and plesk.

I need to run some crons wich fetch urls.
I created crons in plesk administration, but if i run task from plesk panel, the crons fails with follow error:

WARNING: Unable to fetch url:

http://baywee.com/modules/cronimport/cronimport-cron.php?token=xxxxxxxx&id_shop=1&cronid=27
WARNING: Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The operation has timed out"

I increased idle timed out, max execution time and others.
The result:
If i navigate to the url, it works fine and running for the necessary time. But when i start crons from plesk, i get that error.

What i forgot?
