How can I add a secondary name server in Plesk?

I assume that you wish to have the primary as the plesk server and the secondary as another server - in this case, you just need to add a ns record to the domain dns pointing to the secondary name server.

On the secondary name server you'll need to allow the zone transfers from your plesk server.
