Secondary domains on shared IP not working after migrating 10 > 11

FredC

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

I migrate my server, and at the same time from Plesk 10 to 11, using the migration tool.
It has work quiet good and my default website is working on the new server.
The problem is that i have a shared IP, and other website doesn't work at all.
I think i missed to configure something on plesk, but don't know what.

Thanks for help, please, and sorry for my poor english (I'm french).

Could you please describe with more details what do you mean exactly "other website doesn't work at all"?
Have you tried to reconfigure vhost with httpdmng utility?

Thanks for helping, IgorG.

I have many website on my new server, after migrating for old server with Plesk 10.
Everything seems to be good :
- files
- database

So now, i speak only for the new server.

Using IP on my navigator, i go to my default wesite.
Same using www.mydomain.com

If i try to access another domain www.mydomain2.com, i fall either on a white page, or error 500.
All other domains seems to be activated, but sure i miised something.

Have you tried to reconfigure vhost with httpdmng utility?
No, didn't know that exist ;-).
I'll have a look.

To reconfigure vhosts, run the following from a shell prompt:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

When you say you have a shared IP, is your "default" website on its own dedicated IP, or are all the sites setup to be served on the one shared IP Address?

When you say the other websites don't work at all, what errors do you get? You can check the subscription error logs:

Subscription > Websites & Domains > Advanced Options > Logs

Also, do you have nginx running?

I have only one IP on the server, wich is shared for many domains.

Only one works good after migration from Old server Plesk 10 to New server Plesk 11.

Seems that other domains don't work more if i set them as default domain.

I'll have a look for errors.

Ok, if you're receiving 500 errors when trying to view other sites, these errors should be logged in the subscriptions error logs.

Also, if you've got nginx running, try disabling it and then reconfigure the vhosts. Unless your server is handling heavy traffic, I've found running nginx can be more trouble than it's worth

Sorry i didn't tell more about.
I have worked on this on the past week (but not for 2 month) and founded that was about Joomla's version which seemed not to be compatible with the new version of php.
I uddated it to 1.7, and retrieved all my website, working quiet good.

Thanks to everybody for you'r help.
