Selective restore from a Plesk dump file - is it possible?

How can I restore an individual database from a Plesk backup dump file? The backup utilies do not seem to have an option to do this and I can only find instructions in the knowledge base for Plesk 8 (we have Plesk 7.5.4 for Unix).
