Issue Self Signed SSL Cert Error

New Pleskian
I have a GoDaddy SSL cert installed from the Plesk Panel. When I triy to update any wordpress plugin from the Wordpress Toolkit, I get a cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain".

Any ideas?
 
Sometimes I can install from wordpress... sometimes I get this error:
