Send mail from Asp.net 2

Hi.

I want to submit a mail from a form (i.e. contact form).

When I try to do so i get following error code:

Bad sequence of commands. The server response was: This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server.

What did you set the mail host to? Is it localhost or a remote SMTP server?
