• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

As our client new SSL requirements, we have installed a new IP address via the Plesk Panel 10.4, and assigned the new ip address to their specific domain.. But now the mails are going out from the new IP address.. So how can change the mail server IP address and bind it to old IP address using the control panel itself? Is it possible to change it from CONTROL PANEL? Please update me!

Server Details :

OS : 2008 r2
Panel : 10.4
MS : Mail Enable

Please note that, I need to change the IP address of outbound mails using PLESK. I know, how to change it from back end, so please let me know the steps for doing this through plesk 10.4...

Regards,
JiTh
