• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • The ImunifyAV extension is now deprecated and no longer available for installation.
Existing ImunifyAV installations will continue operating for three months, and after that will automatically be replaced with the new Imunify extension. We recommend that you manually replace any existing ImunifyAV installations with Imunify at your earliest convenience.

Sending me ressource warning

Regular Pleskian
Hi. I get the following eMails every day:
The 'unitycraft.de' subscription, owned by user 'Uwe Pfeifer', is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits:

Disk space: 64 GB limit / 39746.5 MB (61%) used / 25789.5 MB (39%) remaining

This is much too early. What can this be caused by - can I fix getting this eMail?

@UweP,

Yes, it is possible to define the moment of notification, by using the following steps:

a) determine the service plan of the domain,

b) select "Service Plans" in the menu and select the tab "Resources",

c) Beneath the value "Disk Space", there is a box with the text "Notify when disk space usage reaches": fill in the desired amount of disk space, at which the notification has to be sent (and that is all!)

A simple tip: it is convenient to

- set "Overuse Policy" to "Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed", WITH the option "Notify me by email in cases of overuse" checked, AND
- set the "Notify when disk space usage reaches" value equal to the maximum value of the Service Plan,

in order to have one (!) notification, when and if (and only if) the customer is reaching the limits, hence resulting in a more efficient method of notification of overuse.

Hope the above helps.

Kind regards...
