Question sensitive file folder in -> var/lib/psa/dumps/domains

I would have a question.
Can I delete all the files it finds in this folder?

var/lib/psa/dumps/domains

I see that it takes up a lot of space (300go)
and I don't know if they are backup, temporary files or essential files

if they are temporary or non-essential files I intend to delete by selecting all the contents of the domains folder and erase

but before I prefer to ask the community

I have a sub-question I see that I have a file that weighs 100GB

/var/lib/docker/devicemapper/devicemapper/data

I don't know if it's an important file or not ... can we erase this or empty the content?

If you are using docker, then I would not advise touching these files.

to my knowledge I have not touched and not use docker ...,

it is automatically install on plesk?

How can I deactivate docker and quickly test if docker is used on sites installed on this server.
