I can't find "Sent" folder in Webmail. Don't see "Preferences" or anything like that. Pls help. Thanks.

the same

Hi,

I have the same problem, no sent, no trash, cannot create/manage folders...

I have just posted a new thread.

I suspect that can be the pop3 login, in Windows is no posible to use IMAP login by default, you must buy a mailenable profesional edition to enable IMAP. You can download a trial from

http://www.mailenable.com/download.asp

I have just installed in my Plesk server, use IMAP server and all folders appears.

Regards.

Thanks

Thanks a lot for your reply.
But, I don't want to buy more software. SWSoft should work on it, don't you think so?

Anyway, thanks.

POP3 does not support folders. You should use IMAP. MailEnable Std, which is shipped with Plesk, does not support IMAP.

Thanks, sergius.

I am planning to uninstall MailEnable and install SmarterMail 4.x Professional which support IMAP.
Is there any problem switching mail server?
Where can I find the steps for switching from MailEnable to SmarterMail?
Thanks a lot.
