sent mail limitation per domain

Hello,
i am using mail enable 1.x (that free version which deliver with plesk installation) and plesk 9.5.2 and w2k8 r2 , now i want know is there any way that set each domain can send x email per hour?

As far as I know SMTP configuration setting to limit the the quantity of messages sent per hour is available only for MailEnable Professional or Enterprise.
