Seriously broken email? "psamailfilterpipe" problem...

I have been getting lots and lots of these in the log.

The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psamailfilterpipe
at (Con::ClientOverlappedPipe::create line 482)
at Mail filter main(wmain line 20)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\memailfilter_usr.exe


Other commands that touch the mail system fail as well...

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin>mailmng --reset-cache
The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect t
o pipe \\.\pipe\psamailfilterpipe

and....

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin>"%plesk_bin%\antivirmng" --update-server
-settings
The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect t
o pipe \\.\pipe\psamailfilterpipe
