Server Components will not enable/disable

Hello,

Just upgraded from 9.0 ==> 9.55 ==> 10.4.4.

I have an issue with the Server Components section. When trying to make any changes whether enabling or disabling it just acts like it is updating but actually stays in motion. And nothing happens.

Example: All sites are visible, but Server Component states Bind is disabled. I go in to enable Bind and it just stays in that state. Nothing happens. This is true to all components and refresh also.

Still searching for an answer, but if anyone has any suggestions it would be gratefully appreciated.

System is:
Windows 2008
Plesk 10.4.4 (Just upgraded from 9.0)

Repaired plesk core using the repair utility (plesk.exe) in the installation folder.
