Server crashed, need help.

I need to install 9.5.4 on a new server since the last trashed the hard drive.

Where can I download the install file?

Autoinstall only brings up plesk 12. My license is for 9.5.4 unlimited.

As you can see on Plesk lifecycle policy page https://cscontact.plesk.com/plesk-lifecycle/ Plesk 9.x is EOLed and not supported officially.
Consider to use modern Plesk version.

I understand that but I need to reinstall this version so that I can bring in the customer data from the recovered hard drive.

Someone must have the ubuntu x64 deb files to install fresh. My license is valid for this version.
