• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved Server Database Error

Ben Yates

New Pleskian
Hi
I'm depserately looking for some help from a Plesk expert please.
I have a Plesk VPS that went down yesterday and I can't log into it. None of the websites on the server that use a database are working, and people are ringing me demanding answers.
The hosting company have been really unhelpful, I've had two brief replies to my support ticket, one of which just said he didn't know how to help, but no guidance or help working out what to do next.
Emails are still working, as is FTP and all the files are still on the server, it's just the database side of things that's broken.
The error I get when trying to login is:
ERROR: Zend_Db_Statement_Exception: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'psa.sessions' doesn't exist (Pdo.php:234)
It's beyond my IT knowledge so I'm really looking for somebody to help fix this. I'm happy to pay for the service.
Thank you.

Thank you. I don't really have the skill to carry out those suggestions. I am looking for someone to help me with this. Happy to pay for the assistance. The company who host my VPS have just said that they can't help me.
