PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Unable to fallback to customer session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1- Login as Admin in browser tab 1
2- open panel.ini ext. tab 1
3- open new tab Subscriptions > login as customer in tab 2
4- return to tab 1 and click save.

ACTUAL RESULT

500 Zend_Controller_Exception

EXPECTED RESULT

Falling back to the current session as previously, before 18.23 update .

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The REPRODUCE steps doesn't have to be in these steps, some old tabs opened as admin will display that error without any interaction , but i couldn't reproduce the automatic behavior.

Plesk does not support multi-tab browsing

"Permission denied" is shown when using Plesk is several tabs

I've checked it on public demo server and behavior is exactly the same:

Where did the statement come from that it changed at 18.0.23?

I'm not exactly sure but something changed after this:

In Plesk Obsidian on RedHat or CentOS 7, logs no longer show segmentation faults if a server has sessions with the “Too many authentication failures” errors. (PPP-44198)

Ok, I have more important reports other than this.
Thanks IgorG. but keep in mind that the old behavior for this was falling back to customer session. no big deal, currently I have no proof.
