Server Error 500

Hello,

when i open my ip adresse 85.xx.xx.239 in my browser i get a internal server error 500
the same come up, when i browse to a domain that is suspended

installed plesk 10.4.4 MU #24 [29-Mar-2012]
there is no entry in /var/log/apache2/error_log

What about errors in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/statistics/logs/error_log ?
Did you try to reconfigure domain with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain <domain_name>

?

yes i did with no effect. As i write i have the same error when i browse to my ip-adress
