Resolved Server is dead

Plesk version and microupdate number

Obsidian Version 18.0.54 Update #1

After a restart the server is dead.
-IP not reachable
-SSH not reachable
-No eMail service

What can I do now?

You can ask your data center to attach a KVM console / serial console to the server so that you can see why it hangs in the boot phase.

Maybe you can reboot the server in rescue mode and then you can access it to view the logs.
